Carlos Tapia es ingeniero agrónomo, fundador y Director Técnico de Avium; Master en Ciencias de la Fisiología Frutal; asesor especialista en producción de cerezas y cofundador de Smartcherry.
Su empresa Avium SpA está dedicada a la asesoría técnica para la producción de cerezas, además de la investigación y desarrollo en el cultivo del cerezo en Chile y en el extranjero.
Además, es director de contenidos de Smartcherry.cl, primera plataforma técnica, informativa e interactiva sobre el desarrollo y cultivo del cerezo.
Walter Masman es ingeniero agrónomo de la Pontificia Universidad Católica de Valparaíso; Director de Maxma Asesorías; y asesor técnico y consultor especialista en cerezos y carozos.
Ha participado en la evaluación de nuevos programas genéticos de cerezos, forjando una experiencia de 20 años en esta especie frutal, y ha desarrollado su carrera como consultor, asesorando por más de 10 años campos entre las regiones de Coquimbo y Los Lagos, pudiendo recorrer diferentes zonas climáticas de Chile y vivir las diferencias productivas que hay en ellas, junto con evaluar además variedades de cerezas de diferentes programas de mejoramiento genético.
En su recorrido por el país, ha forjado una fuerte experiencia en zonas tempranas, desarrollado año a año nuevos nichos.

She holds an agricultural engineer and an MBA from the Pontifical Catholic University of Chile. She has over 20 years of experience in international business and public relations, focusing on the wine and agricultural industries. She has experience in the design, management, and control of marketing campaigns, brand building, strategic planning, and engagement with clients, partners, and government agencies such as ProChile, Fundación Imagen de Chile, Corfo, and Sernatur.
Her deep industry knowledge and ability to foster strong, strategic relationships make her a distinguished leader in the sector. Her collaborative approach and ability to align the objectives of various stakeholders ensure the achievement of sustainable and mutually beneficial results.
