The deadline to submit investigations began on Saturday, February 1 and ends on Saturday, May 31.
The scientific and academic world will have a space in the third edition of the most important and recognized technical event in the cherry industry, as it will once again offer the opportunity to present and disseminate research on this fruit species, with exhibitions in digital poster format, which will be presented on June 17, when the 2025 version meets at the Gran Arena Monticello.
Within the areas of publication interest are topics such as: technical orchard management; varieties and rootstocks; irrigation, nutrition and use of biostimulants; pest and disease control; technologies; and postharvest handling.
“As we did in previous years, we want to strengthen the content and new ideas that will be exchanged around the cherry industry and, therefore, we believe that the presentation of posters in scientific and extension format is an excellent way to offer information new and that it also reaches the audience. We are sure that these types of innovations will be a contribution not only within CherryTech, but also for the agribusiness sector,” said Jorge Tello, co-founder of Smartcherry and CherryTech.
The works must be related to cherry cultivation and will be received, from Saturday, February 1 to Saturday, May 31, at posters@cherrytechconvention.com.
“Among the objectives of CherryTech are, in addition to bringing together experts in agriculture and exchanging various experiences, the dissemination of research, discoveries and studies that are related to cherry cultivation. We want this meeting to be a window to make these projects visible. That is why we invite all researchers, teachers, students and those who wish to participate to be part of this call that, without a doubt, will culminate with great and interesting selected topics,” said Marie Bach, general manager of Yentzen Group and co-founder of CherryTech.
Those selected will be notified via email and will be able to present their work during CherryTech, next Thursday, June 17 at the Gran Arena Monticello, and will be able to have visibility at the largest technical event in the cherry industry, for which more than 1,800 attendees and before that more than 80 companies that have already secured their stand at this meeting.
