Innovation will once again play a central role at the fourth edition of CherryTech. The organizers have confirmed the selected publications that will be presented as scientific posters on June 17 at Gran Arena Monticello, solidifying a technical forum that is gaining increasing relevance within the cherry industry each year.
The event will bring together high-value, relevant research, facilitating access to scientific advancements for producers, consultants, exporters, and leaders in the agribusiness sector.
Among the selected publications are studies related to plant physiology, post-harvest technologies, and digital tools applied to cherry production, reflecting the main concerns and challenges currently facing the sector in improving fruit productivity and quality.
In addition to serving as a showcase for new knowledge, the scientific poster session aims to strengthen the link between academia and industry, promoting concrete solutions to address the new production and commercial landscape emerging from the cultivation of this fruit.
For the fourth consecutive year, CherryTech is committed to consolidating a technical and scientific exchange platform that accelerates the adoption of innovation and connects the various stakeholders in the production chain.
